International Immersion

IIM Lucknow has tie-ups with many foreign universities for student exchange programs. For the past thirteen years, students have been visiting worldwide as part of this program.

The international immersion module of IPMX imbibes the students with a discerning global perspective at Europe's commercial nerve centres. Previous batches have visited prestigious institutions, such as IESEG School of Management Paris, ESCP Business School London, which consistently feature amongst the best global institutes. The seven weeks spent at these institutions add a new dimension to the learning that IPMX students gain through the course. It enables students to appreciate, accept and adapt to diverse business and cultural environments. The students are able to leverage the experience to add critical insights to the business dimensions of international firms, cross-border mergers, global workforce management, challenges of multi-domestic operations, thereby empowering themselves with the tools to explore innovative means to collaborate and grow in the styles of cross-cultural business management in a multinational environment.

Workshops on a wide variety of themes such as leadership, business etiquette, market research, and public procurement are conducted throughout the course. These help in students' overall learning who are armed with the knowledge required to face the ever-evolving business world.
